Is an independent Mercedes specialist in Mussafah actually worth it, or should I just stick with the dealer?

I know Mercedes vehicles are built around advanced electronics and tight tolerances, so a generic garage just won’t cut it . The idea of getting that same technical accuracy and transparency without the dealership premium is really appealing. I’m basically looking for an expert Mercedes workshop in Abu Dhabi where the technicians understand the brand’s engineering philosophy and can handle everything from scheduled A/B services to more complex electronic repairs . If you’ve made the switch from the dealer to a good independent specialist in Mussafah, how was your experience? Did you notice any difference in the quality of care or the level of transparency?
