The elements of a construction site mock-up can vary based on the size and complexity of the project. These can include, but are not limited to, wall systems, windows and doors, cladding, roofing materials, flooring, and interior finishes. A construction site mock up is typically used to highlight a specific area of the building that is being constructed that is particularly critical in terms of quality and/or appearance. A mock up is a chance to check out construction methods, materials and confirm expectations of design. This helps to ensure that the final construction is in accordance with the approved standards and specifications.
